ZERT’s Shipping Policy
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment, unless the order contains a customized product. Customized products (memberships, call signs/embroidered hats & 2nd Year Renewals) can take up to 4 weeks before shipping. All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen.
All orders are sent via priority mail or first class (which ever USPS denotes as the faster). You will receive an email with the tracking number once shipping has been processed. Please ensure your email is up to date, if there are any questions regarding your order we will attempt to contact you in that manner.
If the shipping address you entered is incorrect, please contact Fulfillment as soon as possible. We will endeavor to correct the issue however if your package has already shipped, we will need to wait until it is returned to HQ before we can to resend it, at your expense.
