Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment, unless the order contains a customized product. Customized products (memberships with engraving needed & custom apparel) can take up to 4 weeks before shipping. ZERT Membershio packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen.

All Ammo will be shipped via FedEx.  We do not have the option to use any other shipping company at this time.  Ammo can’t be shipped to a PO Box.

All orders are sent via priority mail or first class (which ever USPS denotes as the faster). You will receive an email with the tracking number once shipping has been processed. Please ensure your email is up to date, if there are any questions regarding your order we will attempt to contact you in that manner.  Ammo can only be shipped ground

If the shipping address you entered is incorrect, please contact Fulfillment as soon as possible. We will endeavor to correct the issue however if your package has already shipped, we will need to wait until it is returned to HQ before we can to resend it, at your expense.

Customer Affirms:

1. I am currently twenty-one (21) years old or older if purchasing handgun ammunition or eighteen (18) years or older if purchasing rifle ammunition.
2. By selling or delivering ammunition to me, ZERT is not violating any state or local law or ordinance
3. I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year
4. I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind
5. I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance
6. I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind
7. I am not an illegal or unlawful alien
8. I have never been nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind
9. I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship
10. I am currently not subject to any restraining order
11. I have never been nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence
12. I will use products purchased from ZERT for lawful purposes only.
13. I may be asked for additional identification(driver’s license, etc), for verification purposes, such as address or age.    

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation by Customers

Once an order is in processing or has shipped, all orders are final – if an order has not yet been processed or shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee.  We DO NOT accept returns on any ammunition or projectiles. 

If you place an order and you live in a state that requires the product to be delivered to an FFL and you do not have, or provide an FFL for us to ship to, then your order will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Order Cancellation by ZERT

ZERT reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer has not abided by our Terms and Conditions. In the event that we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount of the purchase less up to 10% of the total purchase amount.

I understand that ZERT does not ship outside the continental United States. Ammunition will be shipped via UPS Ground, typically one to two business days after purchase. Shipment arrival time depends on carrier but is generally two to seven days after purchase. Carrier may require a signature upon delivery. Furthermore, some drop shipped items may take longer to ship and are not guaranteed to ship within the first several day window.  If a purchase includes a backordered or out of stock item ZERT will ship the entire purchase when all items are available for shipment.

The following additional restrictions apply:

• We cannot ship to PO boxes.
• AK/HI/P.R./V.I.
• CA:  We can ship to Type 01, 07 or 10 FFL’s Only. No tracers. No ammo to Los Angeles, Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Marin and San Francisco Counties.
• CT: We require state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate AND driver’s license scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship.
• IL: FOID card needed before order can be shipped
• MA: Must provide a copy of your permit and drivers license.
• NJ: We require firearms/ammunition ID card faxed or scanned and emailed to us on file BEFORE ordering.
• NY: UPDATE 12/23/2022 we can ONLY ship ammo to FFL’s. You will need to have your local FFL email a copy to us before the order can ship.
• Washington DC: Must provide a copy of your permit and drivers license.
• RI: Beginning January 1, 2023, a person may only purchase ammunition if they are 21 years or older and have a valid pistol/revolver safety certificate or a Rhode Island hunter education course card issued by the Department of Environmental Management.
• Customer will be responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments.
• We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product. I also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, my order will be cancelled and I will be subject to paying a 10% cancellation fee.
