Help! My Package has been lost…
Unfortunately there are times when some of our packages seem to disappear into thin air…
Here is a quick run down of what to do if this happens to you:
Track your package using the tracking number in the email you received from Stamps.com, if you did not receive a tracking number please contact HQ (702) 767 ZERT.
Call the post office the package was last scanned in at.
File a claim with the USPS if the package cannot be found.
Sometimes packages are returned to HQ for a variety of reasons (incorrect address, no mail receptacle, no forwarding address). We will then call the member to advise that we have received the package back and organize re-mailing it. It is so important that your PHONE NUMBER on your account is valid to ensure we can contact you.
Please note returns to HQ can take several weeks!
